Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and maintain food quality standards and cleanliness throughout all areas of restaurant operations.
∎ Oversee inventory management and stock control while ensuring seamless coordination with front-of-house operations.
∎ Strive to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
∎ Oversee service standards and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
∎ Develop and oversee the restaurant’s budget and monitor expenses and revenue and ensure financial profitability.
∎ Oversee maintenance requirements and ensure accurate and timely payroll management for restaurant staff.
∎ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
∎ Implement safety, health and satisfaction standards as per company policy
∎ Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.
∎ We are looking for an experienced manager for our Pan-Asian restaurant named Verte.
∎ Key responsibilities will be;
