Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in designing and delivering Recruitment & selection process and interventions that support organizations objective to be a high performing organization.
∎ Provide support to select the right candidate(s) consultation with department heads, including assessment methods and selection procedure.
∎ Assist in monthly recruitment planning, performance management, and all other HR operations of assigned business units.
∎ Design job advertisement and post to job portal.
∎ Ensure all vacancies and filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and presentation.
∎ Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
∎ Verify the M/P requirement of various dept/factory with proposed organogram.
∎ Assist to support payroll team for preparing monthly salary sheet.
∎ Coordinate with factory HR for fulfilling vacancy.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor laws.
