Job Context:
∎ We are one of the leading conglomerates in the garments industry of Bangladesh, is looking for some suitable candidates for our Elegant Spinning and Textiles Ltd. located at Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample develop as per buyer requirement.
∎ Supervise loom to finished fabric Inspection for sampling.
∎ Ensuring buyer Follow up record keeping & ensure the quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Co-ordinate with marketing, Planning and Production people.
∎ Ensure Fabric cost engineering including proper communication with the factory management team.
∎ Ensure Proper demonstration of a sound understanding of fabric design & product priorities.
∎ Ensure tracking all the components of fabric and wash resource library to support seasonal inspiration as well as archive different Brand fabrics platform.
∎ Maintain analysis of fabric testing report by risk assessment tool to level set expectations across functional areas.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of fabric process discipline throughout product-to-market calendar to ensure fabric alignment and sampling.
∎ Carry out trial and experiment to solve any problem regarding the quality of fabric & to modify and upgrade the existing process.
∎ All type of finish development.
∎ Maintain pricing guideline for the overall work plan.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by higher authorities.
