∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric R and D, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute each sample fabric is planned in dyeing, finishing as per TNA and monitor fabric is delivered on time.
∎ Pre meeting with each factory fabric concern about sample status, any problematic issues & give technical support.
∎ Meeting with factory merchandiser about any special finish or any other special requirements from buyer and give costing of fabric.
∎ Arrange PP meeting with all textile department head about risk factor of fabric, discussing any precautions & quality related issues before starting bulk production.
∎ Check quality of special fabric everyday either meet with buyer standards or given swatch.
∎ Ensure every process is maintained in dyeing, finishing & quality as per given SOP assigned by top management.
∎ Check each & every sample FTD with all test report and handover to bulk concern. If any difficulties share with senior management.
∎ All sample data i.e. production report, RFT report, dyes & chemical consumption, water consumption, quality report, costing report etc. is monitored and analyzed with team member how to improve.
∎ Ensure & maintain each sample fabric is delivered with right quantity. Process loss% is strictly followed as per given instruction.
∎ Wastage of sample is calculated every end of month with root cause analysis and take preventive action.
∎ Team meeting is held each month with subordinate about their problem, their improvement plan & KPI.
∎ Analysis upcoming trend of fabric, searching new technologies in market & developing newness of fabric.
