Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure all of the print production quality is as per the buyer's requirement.
- Properly guide the quality people for ensuring better quality.
- Ensuring the daily quality status.
- Arrange the pre-production meeting with the responsible department.
- Submit and follow up on all buyer test requirements .
- Control the defect rejection within the acceptable level.
- Root cause analysis and reporting.
- Process monitoring and implementation
- Co-operate with the production people by the buyer representative .
- QA training and development program for the quality team.
- Established strong qa process for the printing section .
- Most of time focus the daily quality implement and co operate the production people to achieve the quality target.
