Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up the mindset of the people towards manufacturing process standardization through the learnings of quality improvements
∎ Adopting Lean manufacturing conceptual thinking in continuous root cause analyzing and fixing up issues with the contribution of the team.
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory following the buyer's requirements and guidance for each department and processes wise.
∎ Responsible for buyers' audit in the angle of sustainable quality.
∎ Capable to Train up newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools.
∎ Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Perform in-line inspection and the AQL levels as per to different customer's requirements.
∎ Responsible for analyzing quality reports and prepare an improvement plan.
∎ Provide on-the-job training to workers Plan an ongoing program sustainable maintenance of factory premises in terms of inculcating a sound working environment with zero defects
∎ Set up quality standards in all sections by using records of the source of defects in the product.
∎ On-time record maintenance related to quality and setting up improvement action plans by analyzing the data
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary countermeasures to reduce and improve future results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Committed, independent, multi-tasking & result Oriented
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills
∎ Must have good computer literacy especially MS Outlook, MS office, Internet.
∎ Knowledge on lean manufacturing conceptual knowledge is an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
