Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all sort of garments production related quality control, assurance & inspection works.
∎ Lead the quality team to ensure quality responsibilities.
∎ Submit Ad hoc report to higher authority & concern person.
∎ Trained up subordinates and other colleagues up to the standard.
∎ Need to visit various factories every day.
∎ Need to ensure quality management team working as per planning and standard.
∎ Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.
∎ Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
∎ Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) as Manager
∎ Experience in leading buying office/ Factory.
∎ Ability to handle staff minimum of 20 person.
∎ Well organized and planned in works.
∎ Fluency in both written/speak in English.
∎ Well conversant with mail communication
