∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Micro Biology, Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to establish the quality plan and quality manuals.
∎ Make sure that the production process complies all the national and international standards.
∎ Able to plan and monitor the entire production process based on the set QC checklist to have a safe and complied out puts.
∎ Able to set and maintain the standard specifications of the incoming RM, PM.
∎ Able to intercept the customer feedback on product quality and to take proper corrective measures to eliminate the recurrence.
∎ Able to prepare and execute the Training on quality compliance.
∎ Plan and organize to have GMP,FSMS ,QMS and relevant certifications of the process and plants.
∎ Responsible for clearing Finished Products from factory for distributions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 3 years in the managerial role working at Biscuit and Cookies experience.
