Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Frozen Food Production, Restaurant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new products and conduct sensory evaluation to ensure to meet customer need and business model.
∎ Adjust the products or develop to reach standard requirement.
∎ Perform in food guideline to source the right ingredients for each formula.
∎ Control all of new products compliance with food safety, regulation and consumer requirements.
∎ Develop technical skills of Production, Quality & R&D team.
∎ Work with cross functional team to develop new design, technology, and product development initiatives
∎ Monitor Quality Control system (BSTI, ISO & HALAL).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Independent, analytical and creative work efforts regarding proper procedures, planning and follow-up.
∎ Adaptability to handle multiple projects
∎ Crisis preparedness & Issues management
