Job Context:
∎ Looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager- QMC.
∎ She / He Assist the Manager of QMS to establish, maintain and improve the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system , GOTS , Oeko Tex , Chemical & Environmental Management system and achieve a high level of standardization and consistency in all day to day operations throughout the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all processes in the organization
∎ Ensure all procedures are controlled as to their validity; accuracy and adequacy to ensure current versions are made available to all user points.
∎ Ensure procedure changes are approved for adequacy by relevant authority and changes and revision status are identified in all documents.
∎ Ensure all formats / checklists / tags / registers / work instructions are controlled as to their issue and use.
∎ Carryout regular internal audits to ensure SOP's are carried out by the departments as planned.
∎ Report non conformities to management and initiate corrective actions to improve the quality system.
∎ Carryout Health & Safety, product safety and Buyer Technical audits.
∎ Assist Management Representative in coordinating with external auditors on planned audits and compliance.
∎ Carryout regular data accuracy audits to ensure performance data is without error and reflect the actual performance levels.
∎ Communicate the effectiveness of the Process Management System throughout the organization.
∎ Assist the Manager QMS in day to day activities.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning emphasizing on cost reduction to increase profitability.
∎ Lead and develop production plans monthly forward plan and capacity booking & Line loading plan.
∎ Monitor progress, make daily adjustments as needed and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Work with Production teams on establishing lines as per agreed timelines with the right care.
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution and forecast.
∎ Day wise production monitoring and analysis the variance to meet on time delivery.
∎ Coordinating with the different departments of fabric, merchandising and production to facilitate plan execution.
∎ Participate in PP/ operations meeting and give recommendations in terms of production optimization, Standard Allocated Hours (SAH) and better way to allocate styles.
∎ Drive the lean production system to measure the individual performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Provide leadership in the day to day operations by aligning the cross functional teams of the value stream to meet the current production demands.

∎ To Train up the Employees for achieve the goal.
∎ To follow up the Corrective and Preventive actions.
∎ To document corrective action plan.
∎ To document about Training feedback & idea for development.
∎ To constantly seek, share, and implement best practices.
∎ To carry out training on QMS concern (MR as per QMS documentation part).
∎ Posturing Mission vision Goal Department wise.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
