Should have experience as QMS Auditor
With relevant manufacturing experience
Fluently written and spoken English
Able to issue inspection reports and email communication in English
Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership quality to drive the self-inspection model
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement the company’s Quality Policy and establish department-wise goals.
Conduct monthly and weekly data analysis to compare actual performance with measurable goals; identify discrepancies and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive organizational development.
Organize weekly and monthly training programs for workers and staff to enhance skills and competencies.
Arrange and lead meetings to address factory operational challenges, product safety, product quality, and buyer feedback for further improvement.
Coordinate top management meetings regarding QMS/QS requirements and various buyer audit standards.
Conduct internal audits of all relevant departments to ensure adherence to QMS/QS.
Oversee quality documentation control and maintain the record master file.
Track and review monthly KPI performance across departments; identify failures and implement RCA & CAP.
Ensure buyer technical audit observations are implemented and sustained over time.
Develop and maintain the Quality Manual as per buyer requirements; collaborate with the IE team to investigate efficiency shortfalls with RCA & CAP.
Maintain and improve product quality through completion of product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigate customer complaints and resolve issues based on buyer-provided data.
Monitor and follow up on the Traffic Light System and poor housekeeping cases; oversee technical audits, including FCCA, TQM, QMS, GMP etc.
