Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • 9+ years of experience in QMS or Quality Assurance, preferably in woven outerwear or jacket manufacturing factories.

  • Strong working experience with Decathlon, Inditex, PVH, or similar brands.

  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015, AQL standards, and buyer-specific quality protocols.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and report presentation.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job context:

We are a leading outerwear manufacturing company specializing in high-quality jackets for renowned international brands including Decathlon, Inditex, VFAsia and others. To strengthen our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor QMS processes aligned with buyer requirements and international quality standards (ISO, AQL, etc.).

  • Ensure product quality consistency and compliance across all production stages from raw materials to finished garments.

  • Lead QMS audits (internal & external) and ensure proper CAP follow-up.

  • Liaise with buyers’ QA teams (especially Decathlon, Inditex, VFAsia) and ensure alignment with their quality expectations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Lead continuous improvement projects in line with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.

  • Train and guide QA, Production, and Technical teams on QMS procedures and updates.

  • Maintain and analyze quality performance data and report to management for strategic decisions.
