∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Aim to reduce changeover time and achieve 50% efficiency on the first day for any new style, ensuring the new style reaches the same production rate swiftly.
∎ Organize Quick Changeover (QCO) meetings and ensure thorough pre-preparation for changeovers using a detailed checklist with 20 to 25 points.
∎ Collaborate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Industrial Engineering (IE) teams to analyze new styles and optimize production processes.
∎ Ensure the workforce is adequately trained and prepared with the necessary skills for new styles through targeted training programs.
∎ Develop and implement mock-ups to facilitate feasible and efficient production of new styles.
∎ Oversee the entire sample development process, from initial development to the completion of production.
∎ Conduct technical risk assessments and take proactive measures at least 7 days before the production input to mitigate potential issues.
∎ Verify that all 3P (People, Process, and Product) elements are ready and aligned for production.
∎ Assessing the QCO team's effectiveness and ensuring their activities are highly visible.
∎ Establish a standard team and lead effectively to ensure proper QCO activities.
