Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement, control and improve on quality assurance and quality control programs.
∎ To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.
∎ To be the quality management representative in all aspects of quality, audit, compliance as well as obtaining new accreditations.
∎ To oversee all laboratory activities such as application of test methods, implementation of inspection and test activities, accurate collection of test results and compilation of relevant reports.
∎ To monitoring quality of raw materials, finished goods, water quality, hygiene and sanitization etc.
∎ To continuously review and monitor the laboratory processes in order to increase the effectiveness of test methods, procedures and resource utilization.
∎ To manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance and record keeping effectively.
∎ To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
∎ Responsible for the overall production of high quality, safety and legal complaint products produced.
∎ Manage team and operations to ensure continuous improvement is in place to meet the outcome of desired product design and overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for the governance of quality and take charge of the overall implementation and maintain quality standard in the plant.
∎ Responsible for managing and analyzing the root cause analysis exercise pertaining to any complicated issues arising from daily operations.
∎ Develop and maintain best practices in overall quality and assurance initiative to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
∎ To plan duties within QA & QC staff and related work schedule.
