Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on-time availability of all trims accessories and raw materials and arrange an inspection with standard AQL for smooth operation in the production stage. Communicating with the concerned team if having any quality issues to solve before starting the bulk production.
∎ Organizing Fabric measurement management and blanket measurement system more orderly through emphasizing to fabric corporeal difficulties to avoid any kind of major fabric related defective obstacles. i.e., Shrinkage, Skewing, Bowing, Shade, Weight, etc.
∎ All general performance from fabric management to final ship out analysis within due time to take pre initiative and required actions from fabric mill concerned to avoid any potential adversity on bulk production.
∎ In case of any new/ critical style, analysis the Size set & Pilot Run to settle potential measurement issues and other washing difficulties and let guidelines to the concerned team and set parameters to follow up in the bulk production stage.
∎ To meet with the Customer requirements, apply effective method & strategy in different development stages by ensuring follow up section wise SOP (i.e., Cutting, Sewing, Welt Washing, Finishing, Printing, Embroidery etc).
∎ To avoid any planning delay, timely communicating with relating departments and make fruitful decision to finish the processes within due time according to the plan.
∎ Give proper guideline and information to relating departments to ensure proper utilization of Man/ Machine/ Material and all others equipment.
∎ Implementing Customer requirements over the factory & ensure highest support/ coordination to make success any Technical Audit, Inspection, Factory visit proactively. Ensure no customer claim and all buyer technical audit rating acquire to the expected level. Also, convince them anyhow in case of any unfavourable situations.
∎ Ensure the product safety as per buyer requirements.
∎ To maintain a right quality management system in the QAD Room to ensure the quality of product.
∎ Making fair and timely decision to keep continue the smooth process operation and taking initiatives or preventive action to avoid any Quality violation. Also ensure friendly work circumstances through communicating with root level worker to management level and keep them update regarding the Customer requirements.
∎ Section wise daily analysis the worker absenteeism and make balance through redistribute the manpower to ensure the proper functional operations. Besides, analysing the importance, eliminate the less necessary execution or procedure to utilize the Manpower resource in essential point.
∎ Arrange periodical or routine training system for Worker/ Staff & Executive to make them aware regarding QMS and closely work with subordinate team to identify inefficient employees to train up them to make more efficient on their duties. Also, to reduce the manpower migration and absenteeism in workplace arrange a motivational meeting as well.
∎ Set a monthly basis Defect & Rework target timeline to minimize the rate gradually and strict follow up to achieve as targeted through proper follow up of overall Quality protocol and ensure maintaining all SOP. Also, through find out the provable root cause of any occurred critical and major defects take the preventive actions to improve it from the needle point.
∎ Keep close monitoring on subordinate especially senior management and in case of any complications immediately attempting to solve by teamwork. Also, collects the relevant works information timely to share / reporting to top management.
∎ Conduct self-audit within the factory to find out overall possible noncompliance issues and make sure the factory standard through pre corrective and preventive actions and keep prepared all section for buyer audit or visit.
∎ To fulfill the overall requirements of self-department, communicate with relating departments and make necessary arrangement.
∎ Daily corresponding all relevant internal or external mail and turn the update into actions if needed.
∎ Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the top management & Group QAD Head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim garments factory.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere, ready to work under stress and should be a good team player.
