Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall sewing section quality requirements are being maintained appropriately and to meet with the customer requirements, apply effective method & strategy in different development stages by ensuring SOP implementation.
∎ Ensure fruitful the Size set & Pilot run review to settle potential measurement issues and other washing difficulties. Also, through analysing the Size set & Pilot Run let guidelines to the concerned team and set parameters to follow up in the bulk production stage.
∎ Solve arisen any technical/ Quality issues in sewing sample/ Pilot Run stages to ensure the consistency of quality of production through consulting with relating departments (CAD, Sample, Cutting, Merchandising, Sewing etc.)
∎ Find out the provable root causes of any occurred critical and major defects and take the preventive actions to improve it from the needle point.
∎ Attend in buyer PP meeting and receive all necessary technical information to reach out to relating line concerned (QA, Supervisor, in charge) to ensure the buyer requirements and proper implementation.
∎ Making fair and timely decision to keep continue the smooth process operation and taking initiatives or preventive action to avoid any Quality violation. Also ensure friendly work circumstances through communicating with root level worker to management level and keep them update regarding the Customer requirements.
∎ Section wise daily analysis the worker/ Staff absenteeism and make balance through redistribute the manpower to ensure the proper functional operations. Besides, analysing the importance, eliminate the less necessary execution or procedure to utilize the Manpower resource in essential point.
∎ Arrange periodical or routine training programs for Worker/ Staff & Executive to teach them advance quality system/ QMS and closely work with subordinates to identify inefficient employees and train up them to make more efficient on their duties, also to reduce the manpower migration and absenteeism arrange motivational meeting as well.
∎ Set a monthly basis Defect & Rework target timeline to minimize the rate gradually and strict follow up to achieve as targeted through proper follow up of overall Quality protocol and ensure maintaining all SOP.
∎ Give proper guideline and information to relating departments to ensure proper utilization of Man/ Machine/ Material and all others equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim garments factory.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere, ready to work under stress and should be a good team player.
