Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing, communicating and maintaining Quality Assurance plan.
∎ Implementation of Quality Control Policy according to the buyer's requirement & manual.
∎ Monitor and coordination of sample quality checking by concern authorized body.
∎ Arrange the sample for washing, examine & monitor the report and take corrective initiatives accordingly if necessary.
∎ Supervise the checking of measurement, design, print position & color shade.
∎ Coordination with the other department to receive the approval for bulk production.
∎ Cooperating & coordinating the production team for production target & quality to be properly fulfilled accordingly to the buyer's requirement.
∎ Arrange & coordinate the PP meeting with the compliance, production & planning team for the production procedure according to the quality & compliance policy.
∎ Allocation, arrangement & setup of manpower at the floor, line & machine for effective production with effective expenditure.
∎ Inform the department head & the management and taking immediate corrective action plan accordingly, in case of any malfunction.
∎ Taking initiative for Correction of misprinted materials, using materials such as chemical, frame or solvents.
∎ Inspect and examine the printed products coordination with the concern departments for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
∎ Regular cooperation & coordination with the production department for control of process wastage & quality.
∎ Frequent Corresponding with the buyer, customers & merchandiser to ensure the quality of the production.
∎ Maintaining and reporting daily QC activities and submission report to top Management of the organization.
∎ Prepare different sorts of report and keep track accordingly.
∎ Coordination with other departments especially with Procurement, Production, Inventory, maintenance and Dispatch Department.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have work experience in any export oriented AOP Mills
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & Communication ability.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
