∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 3-4 years experiences as Manager or in higher positions in a large knit garments factory.
∎ Technical Capacity.
∎ Problem Solving / Analytical.
∎ Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).
∎ Must have good command verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leads the PVH GPQ Team to confirm Quality SOP and product quality at inspection, GMP audit and production Stations (Fabrics & Accessories, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Inspection).
∎ Have Enough knowledge about PVH quality requirements & GMP audit. FCQA certified by PVH.
∎ Validates internal Inspections (Inline, prefinal / final, Fabric inspection, cut panel, print panel, sewing & finishing DHU etc.) and take action to improve.
∎ As needed liaising with PD manager, IE manager, merchandiser, Production, HR and textile people.
∎ Ensuring all garments Quality & production issue by auditing and controlling, RA meeting, ppm, 1st output approval & pattern adjustment etc.
∎ Cooperates in External Quality Audit and may need to perform Audit as external as well.
∎ Supervise in handling of sample evaluation and production approval.
∎ Monitored QA / QC performance by gathering relevant quality & production data.
∎ Ensure product MMR & safety issue. Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Do RCA & CAPA against any notification and claim issue from Buyer. Control it next.
∎ Communicates with customers about technical aspects of products. Focus customer demand and implement accordingly.
∎ Must obey company’s rules and regulations and try to sustain it under his subordinate.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the top management.
∎ To uphold the best interests of the organization.
