Responsibilities & Context:
Connect with guardians to share student progress and reports.
Talk to current students to find their weak areas, and work with teachers to help them improve.
Listen to student's issues and proactively takes steps to fix them.
Counsel and guide both new students and guardians during inquiries.
Lead the team and handle daily task allocations.
Analyze business growth, improve coaching quality, and take proactive steps to drive revenue.
Follow up with students who are irregular or absent.
