Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a product team towards effective collaboration ad attainments of business goals.
∎ Ensure compliance and set up rules with organization's policies and operational guideline.
∎ Deal with the property owners and others stakeholders by providing our service.
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
∎ Monitoring the team performance and motivating them to each goals.
∎ Assist management to in decision taking for acquisition business with the companies policies.
∎ Make a relationship with the outsider for product leads.
∎ Collecting customer feedback from sales team and market research with the region.
∎ Any other job assign by the Management.
