Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, International Trading, Project bidding, Project Management, REAL ESTATE AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Sales & Marketing, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, trading house
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Fuel/Petroleum, Hospital, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Power, Technical Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively seeking Project Business Development opportunities in the power, energy, railways, hospitals, infrastructure, and other EPC/BOOT projects.
∎ Maintain relationships with stakeholders and develop/nurture relationships with potential stakeholders in the public and private sectors.
∎ Doing Marketing activities for new project scope and coordinating with Headquarters for information collection, proposal preparation, submission, and follow-up.
∎ Monitoring upcoming project tenders and assisting with tender participation.
∎ Meeting arrangements for delegations coming from overseas offices.
∎ Support to execution of existing Projects like contracts, payment, customs clearance, etc. based on experience, knowledge, and expertise in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Project Development field of which a minimum of 03 years of managerial experience in Project Sales or Business Development.
∎ Experience in a Trading House (foreign countries) as a Project Developer or experience in a local conglomerate in Project Business Development is required
∎ Official Development Assistance (ODA) project (i.e. World Bank, ADB, JICA) development experience would be added advantage.
∎ Knowledge about PPR and tender procedures is required.
∎ Reporting and presentation skills using office software i.e. Word, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Fluent English speaking and communication is a must.
