Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting appraisals of the development projects.
∎ Conducting monitoring visits of development projects of partner NGOs funded by the organization.
∎ Conducting mid-term and impact assessment of development projects funded by the organization.
∎ Organizing trainings and workshops on different contemporary development issues for the staff members of the partner NGOs.
∎ Organize quarterly/half yearly/yearly coordination meeting for the partner NGOs and prepare the reports.
∎ Maintaining coordination and liaison with different national and international organizations including NGOAB.
∎ Preparing concept notes, program/projects in alignment with donor requirement and compliances.
∎ Representing the Country Office.
∎ Preparing project visit, half-yearly and annual reports.
∎ Preparing and publishing PR materials.
∎ Communication with the head office based in Germany regarding project related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The Applicant must have minimum of 5 years of experiences in the following fields:
∎
∎ Planning, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Organizing meeting, seminar, workshop, training, etc. maintaining high standard of quality.
∎ In-depth analytical skills on development projects/programs and sound knowledge on contemporary development issues.
∎ Prepare monitoring checklists, monitoring visits and writing analytical monitoring/project visit reports.
∎ Ability to communicate independently with local partner NGOs, international NGOs, government departments, representatives of head office and donors.
∎ Should be smart and energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in MS word, MS Excel, Power Point along with IT knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress and stay calm in crisis.
∎ Sound motivational and presentation skills.
∎ Must be willing to travel frequently (at least twelve (12) days in a month) in the rural remote parts of Bangladesh.
Salary: Tk. 110000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Other service benefits (Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, etc.) will be admissible after successful completion of probation period as the "Service Rules" of the organization.
