Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Clinical Psychology from any recognized university with minimum all second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division / class or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable.
∎ MPH will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide management and technical support for project implementation and coordination with different stakeholders to implement mental health related projects.
∎ Develop plans and implement strategies to achieve the project goals in the working area.
∎ Provide support in mental health related project development & proposal writing for fund raising.
∎ Provide supportive supervision and facilitate field activities with the help of Manager, Field Operation for achieving programme targets.
∎ Prepare/ revise project budgets and financial tracking of expenditure.
∎ Disseminate project findings, lesson learns and best practices in national and field level meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops.
∎ Coordinate with different departments of BRAC, e.g. MIS & Monitoring unit of Health, Nutrition and Population Programme, Finance & Accounts, Procurement, Human Resource Division, BRAC Learning Division, Monitoring & Investigation and Audit.
∎ Analyze MIS and program data to provide various reports and take decision for the improvement of the program.
∎ Coordinate and liaise with different development partners in the health sector at international, national, local levels.
∎ Staff management -hiring, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience of working in mental health improvement related projects with 3 years working experience in a managerial role.
