Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimun 10 Years Transformer related job experience.

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Transformer manufacturing company.

• Proven experience in Transformer, Switchgears, LT & HT Panel sub-station design and high-voltage engineering.

• Strong knowledge of transformer design, testing, and operation.

• Skills Required: Proficiency in Auto CAD software and power system modeling tools.

• Have good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

• Long-time working capabilities and work under pressure.

• Have mentality to work at Factory.

• Responsible for Transformer design, manufacturing and installation including schematic development, physical layouts, equipment and construction cost estimates.

• To perform technical troubleshooting and ensuring quality assurance through testing and reporting during installation or field service.

• Identifying issues with Transformer Oil, gaskets, or coils to repair failures, preventing long power breakdowns.

• Supervising the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of transformers, particularly for 33kV, HT Panel, LT Panel, PFI Panel, HT Switchgear-(VCB, LBS), LT Switchgear-ACB, & PFI connection setting and lower distribution systems.

• Oversee transformer installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

• Planning, organizing production scheduling and supervising the entire manufacturing process of transformer to meet factory production targets according to company plans.

• Ensuring compliance with BPDB, BREB, DPDC, and DESCO standards.

• Monitoring and supervising the production team for smooth production.

• Ensure Factory production targets are filled up according to production plan.

• Supervise technical team and control production processes.

• Prepare all kinds of reports as per management requirements.

• Conducting regular team meetings to resolve all factory issues.

• Implementing and enforcing strict quality control and safety.

• Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
