Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Production Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting cost effective production plan.
∎ Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Managing all operation and production related aspects of the factory.
∎ Achieving production target.
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
∎ Maintaining Delivery Schedule Strictly.
∎ Ensure efficient use of resources.
∎ Drafting a timescale for the job.
∎ Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
∎ Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Arranging manpower, monitoring & counseling them.
∎ Supervising, motivating a team of workers and resolving conflicts.
∎ To liaise and work with relevant departments and provide information to support the decision making process.
∎ Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
∎ Responsible for reporting to superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in pipe (SS, MS, GI, Furniture, fittings) production / manufacturing.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
∎ Should have good managerial capability, responsibilities and positive attitude in all aspect.

Salary: Negotiable
