Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Planning: Developing and implementing production plans to meet the company's production targets and customer demands. This involves analyzing production capacity, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of the yarn produced meets the required standards and specifications. Implementing quality control measures, conducting inspections, and addressing any issues that may affect the yarn's quality.
∎ Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in the spinning process. Implementing best practices, adopting new technologies, and optimizing workflows to reduce production costs and increase output.
∎ Team Management: Overseeing a team of production workers, technicians, and supervisors. Providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure the team performs effectively and safely.
∎ Maintenance and Safety: Ensuring that the spinning machinery and equipment are well-maintained and in optimal working condition. Adhering to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
∎ Inventory Management: Monitoring raw material and finished goods inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses. Coordinating with the supply chain and procurement teams to maintain a balanced inventory.
∎ Reporting and Documentation: Keeping track of production metrics, including output, efficiency, and downtime. Preparing regular reports for management and maintaining proper documentation of production activities.
∎ Troubleshooting: Addressing any production issues or breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical problems.
∎ Cost Control: Managing production costs effectively and seeking cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas of improvement in the spinning process and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production efficiency and quality.
∎ Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Can do attitude, Able to take challenge.
∎ Have ability to work for extended hours.
Salary: Tk. 160000 - 180000 (Monthly)
