Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Garments Textile
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering from any recognized University.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Production,IE,Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibility is to perform day to day Production Planning related activities.
∎ Drawing up the master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet export dates according to customer orders or sales forecasts.
∎ Exploring production specifications and maintains the plant capacity data.
∎ Fulfilling the mathematical calculations for manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
∎ Coordination to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Analysis of labor cost, capacity planning & creation of production schedules.
∎ Making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team.
∎ Preparing the machines and other requirements in advance and inform the management.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Ensuring the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Always being updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.

∎ Must have to Knowledge about Garment in Woven Division.
