Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Should have sound knowledge & excellent skills in Computer specially ERP & Fast-react software.
∎ • Should have strong technical knowledge in Total Planning & Control of Plan.
∎ • Plan, organize, lead and control manpower & equipment capacity to maximize utilization with lowest cost, utmost efficiency and minimum wastage.
∎ • Supervise IE team and improve productivity. Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ • Figure out deviations and assist in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ • Total follow up from fabric receiving to Finished goods delivery.
∎ • Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ • Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ • Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ • Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ • Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ • Co-ordinate with Sales & Marketing department for optimal pricing/production/lead time/shipment.
∎ • Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ • Directly work with the Management to perform any other task as assigned by him from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ • Technical problem solving ability with analytical skills as per quality standard based of RMG production.
∎ • Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with the respective & relevant personnel's.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ • Should have strong technical knowledge in Total Planning & Control of Plan.
• Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
• Good at MS office skills. ERP & Fast-react software.
• Technical problem solving ability with analytical skills as per quality standard based of RMG production.
• Must possess very good interpersonal skills, to maintain effective relationship with respective relevant personnel`s.
