Advanced understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Proficient in MS Office and SAP
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain production schedule, reports, and analysis.
Review the production process, raw material management, and waste control.
Provide leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through training.
Keep data on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.
Maintain housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.
Sustain and improve overall quality management of the organization.
Responsible for supporting quality management policies and procedures as per ISO standard
Ensure adherence to corporate mandates/directives, suggesting and gaining approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental, and OSHA compliance.
