Experience:

• At least 5 years

• BSc in any discipline ( Engineering preferred)

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 30 years

• 5+ years of industrial experience in a similar role (Printing Sector preferred)

• Advanced understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain production schedule, reports, and analysis.

• Review the production process, raw material management, and waste control.

• Provide leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through training.

• Keep data on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the production process.

• Maintain housekeeping, floor, and machinery cleaning plans.

• Sustain and improve overall quality management of the organization.

• Responsible for supporting quality management policies and procedures as per ISO standard

• Ensure adherence to corporate mandates/directives, suggesting and gaining approval of standard operating procedures (SOPs), implementation of SOPs & service-level agreements (SLAs), safety, environmental, and OSHA compliance.
