∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial production, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Medical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop & execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality as per the demand & forecast.
∎ Prepare & maintain the production budget to ensure cost effectiveness with optimum manpower and sustainable targeted operations.
∎ Productive resource utilization of machine & man hours. Ensure that GMP, ISO, CE & safety standards are maintained during manufacturing operations.
∎ Ensure optimum use of man machine & materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency.
∎ Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification.
∎ Resolves worker grievances with concern of Human Resources and cross functional department.
∎ Analyze the monthly production plan, sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the production target.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Leading & motivating manpower; communicate effectively with employees & management through strong interpersonal skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Excellent technical skills & time management
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team building and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
∎ Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office.
