∎ At least 3-4 years experience in similar position at reputed garments industry.
∎ Have sound knowledge on floor/line management, production management (sewing, cutting, finishing & pattern).
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Can cope up with any kind of situation.
∎ Able to understand and speak in English.
∎ Familiar with windows XP, MS office suite, e-mail etc.
∎ At least 3-4 years experience in similar position at reputed garments industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to knit garments production.
∎ Conduct Pre-production and In-Line inspections following the standard policies, procedures and guidelines of the company with the objective to ensure quality from the very beginning of the production process.
∎ Able to handle buyer's order independently starting from cutting to shipment.
∎ Check and monitor the production capacity and stock of fabrics & accessories are aligned with the production planning in order to avoid short shipment or late shipment.
∎ Able to anticipate production problems and work proactively to resolve them prior to production.
∎ Ensure production is on target in delivery dates with quantity and quality.
∎ Maintain / monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.
∎ Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both worker & staff by motivating them to come to work (With the support of HR team).
