• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial position of production sector will be given preference

• Required skills: Communication, Analytical ability, Problem solving, Reporting. Leadership skill, Motivation, Management skills of production operation. Intermediate computer software using capabilities (MS Office, Internet, Email etc.), Capable of online production planning. Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds

• Required knowledge: About various Raw Materials, Planning, Production process, Policy formulation and People management. About Quality of product and wastage control

• Required competencies: Self-Awareness, Dealing with Ambiguity, Relationship Building, Future Oriented, Courage, Prioritizing, Developing Others. Strategic planning, independent decision making, thinking out of box

• To formulate effective production plan and ensure highest productivity through strict implementation of QC principles, effective supervision, routine inspection and proper accountability

• To monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure in-time production

• To ensure direct and supervise daily production activities through close monitoring and coordination with the operators & production supervisors

• To submit raw materials demand as per analysis of work order (previous & forecast). Plan for raw material and finished goods inventory

• Oversee the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations

• To provide support on cylinder development purposes

• To solve any immediate problem occurred during production process

• To scheduling machines & manpower and coordinating with the teams to ensure quality improvements, minimizing wastage and time

• To ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production achievement commensurate with production target for any given period

• To co-ordinate with the Sales Department to facilitate production and operations based on the market demand

• To participate with the top management in setting a production strategy that complies with the market trend

• Ensure the implementation of maintenance in a way that cover minimum disruption of operations

• To ensure that motivation, training, development and evaluation programs of the production workers are implemented in high standard

• Utilize proper man power to ensure maximum production output

• To ensure customer service as well as build up inter personal communication to reduce complains

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
