∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Assembly, Linking, Operation, Panel to pack
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the weekly/ monthly production plan from the planning team to be implemented on the assembly/linking Operations floor.
∎ Attend the pre-production meetings and provide relevant inputs for the production plan
∎ Plan and organize Auto knitting machine allocation and raw materials, basis the production schedules
∎ Manage production pipeline with the executives;
∎ Ensure minimum down-time; Track machine utilization to adhere to optimum levels
∎ Oversee the repair and routine maintenance of linking machine
∎ Have complete understanding of linking machines
∎ Perform high level quality check on the product samples basis the set quality parameters
∎ Guide Production Executives on all quality parameters and Improvements
∎ Ensure on time style wise production startup and finishing and maximizing the output.
∎ Reduce rejection in linking processes.
∎ Control wastage of resources, machines, raw materials, chemicals and other accessories
∎ Ensure all machines are to the correct standard to manage all styles.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have experience in managing assembly operations for Sweater manufacturing.
