Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Strategy and Planning - Develop a clear product strategy for consumer electronic products in line with the company's goals and objectives; Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences and trends in electronics market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R & D, design and manufacturing, to define product specifications and features
∎ Oversee the entire product development process from concept to launch; Make decisions regarding product design, features and specifications considering customer feedback and market demands
∎ Monitor competitors product and pricing strategies in the line Bangladesh market, Identify gaps and opportunities for the company to gain a competitive advantage, Adjust product strategies and features accordingly to maintain a strong market position.
∎ Determine pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable in the Bangladesh market. Analyze cost structures and recommend pricing adjustment as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Create marketing collateral and materials to support product launches; Identify key distribution channels and partners to maximize product visibility.
∎ Provide sales team with the necessary product training and information to effectively sell consumer electronics products; Address customer inquiries and concerns related to product features and functionality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
∎ Diligent, proactive and committed
∎ Good spoken and written English
