∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, Master's Degree in relevant field
∎ Degree in food engineering/ Food technology will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Innovate and develop new products analyzing future demands and trends.
∎ Develop business for new & existing products
∎ To analyze market demand & price of KG products, comparison to competitors' product.
∎ To manage starting concept, design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life.
∎ To develop positioning strategies.
∎ Ensure quality control and assurance of the product throughout from production to its journey to the end users.
∎ To manage and implementing managerial activities through research, strategic planning and implementation for the growth of business and increase the market share.
∎ To find scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven work experience in product management.
∎ Applicants must have sound knowledge on Agro products.
∎ Applicants must have good leadership and negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable
