Experience:

• At least 6 years

Master`s Degree, preferably in Nutrition.

• At least 6 years

• At least 6 years of work experience in the field of nutrition, public health, or other relevant discipline including experience in program management.

• Experience in working with the private sector.

• Experience in qualitative data collection, including conducting focus group discussions and key informant interviews, and analysis

• Prior experience assessing the impact of policy interventions and programs, including the use of the CLA process

• Demonstrated ability to engage and coordinate with senior private sector partners and stakeholders

• Solid understanding of public health nutrition and private sector working environment.

The Opportunity

This position will lead the implementation of a workplace nutrition pilot with PRAN-RFL company and monitor and document the implementation of the pilot and learnings. S/he will provide technical assistance to the company to test and implement the pilot, conduct monitoring, and document the implementation and learnings, following the Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) process outlined in the research plan and support knowledge-sharing and dissemination. S/he will coordinate with senior staff members of the selected private sector and other organizations working in the same field.
