Job Responsibilities & Context
Strategic Pre-Sales Leadership
Lead and manage the Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering team, ensuring high-quality technical support for enterprise and carrier-grade projects.
Define pre-sales strategies, solution frameworks, and best practices aligned with business goals.
Review and approve complex solution designs, BOQs, and cost models.
Solution Architecture & Technical Governance
Architect large-scale and enterprise-grade networking solutions, including LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, Data Center Connectivity, IP Surveillance, IP PBX, PA Systems, and Fire Safety Solutions.
Ensure technical compliance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency of all proposed solutions.
Provide technical governance and risk assessment for critical projects.
Sales Enablement & Executive Engagement
Act as the principal technical advisor to Sales, Business Development, and senior management.
Participate in high-value client negotiations, executive-level meetings, and strategic presentations.
Support key account pursuits, RFPs, and complex deal closures.
Partner & Vendor Management
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, technology vendors, system integrators, and solution partners.
Lead commercial and technical negotiations with partners to secure competitive pricing and long-term collaboration.
Evaluate new technologies and partners to expand the company’s solution portfolio.
Tender, RFP & Compliance Management
Oversee preparation of tender and RFP technical documents, including:
Technical specifications & compliance matrices
Solution architecture diagrams
Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
Pre-sales documentation and clarifications
Ensure timely and compliant submission of all tender-related materials.
Survey, Planning & Quality Assurance
Supervise site surveys, RF planning, and Wi-Fi heatmap analysis for indoor and outdoor deployments.
Review survey findings and ensure alignment with solution designs and costing.
Team Development & Process Improvement
Mentor, train, and develop Pre-Sales engineers to build a high-performing team.
Establish SOPs, documentation standards, and knowledge-sharing practices.
Continuously improve pre-sales efficiency, accuracy, and win-rate.
Core Technical Competencies
Advanced knowledge of IP addressing, routing, switching, ARP, IP-MAC binding
Expertise in bandwidth management, redundancy & auto failover, PPTP, DHCP, hotspot systems
Strong understanding of wireless RF planning, enterprise Wi-Fi, and ISP infrastructure
