Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop intelligent systems using AI and machine learning techniques

• Build scalable applications that integrate data-driven decision-making

• Develop and optimize algorithms for automation and prediction

• Work with structured and unstructured data to extract insights

• Integrate AI models into software products and business systems

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams

• Monitor system performance and improve model accuracy

• Research and implement new AI technologies and frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or software development

• Strong programming skills in Python (required)

• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics

• Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data processing

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI systems

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, or Kubernetes

• Experience in building production-level AI systems

Additional Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Passion for building intelligent and scalable systems
