Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Work as a full-time employee from the Dhaka office
Travel anywhere in Bangladesh for IoT product installation and support
Install and configure IoT devices, sensors, controllers, and gateways
Ensure devices are properly connected with mobile apps and cloud systems
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at client sites
Provide basic user training to customers after installation
Prepare service reports and maintain installation records
Coordinate with the software and technical team for issue resolution
Follow company schedule and complete assigned field tasks on time
