About the role

You'll be joining us as a core full stack developer on a small, remote-first team building SaaS products and client software. We currently have one live SaaS product in production and additional products in the pipeline meaning you'll move across projects, wear multiple hats, and have real ownership over what you ship. This is not an outsourcing seat or a ticket-grinding role. We expect you to think, not just execute.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications across the full stack — Laravel backends, React/Vue frontends, REST APIs

• Develop mobile-first, PWA-ready interfaces that feel fast and polished on any device

• Integrate AI tools and APIs into product features (e.g. automation, data processing, smart UX)

• Write clean, documented, version-controlled code that a teammate can pick up without a meeting

• Participate in product planning — translating requirements into technical specs and flagging tradeoffs early

• Debug, optimize, and refactor existing code as products scale

• Collaborate async-first via written communication; occasional syncs when needed
