Responsibilities & Context: Experience: 3 to 5 years Additional Requirements: Experience in maintaining enterprise-level networks for a telecom company, government project, or a nationwide ISP/IIG/ITC/IGW/ICX. Responsibilities & Context: Monitor and perform system operations, maintenance, and servicing of active devices at the BRTA HQ Data Center and other offices. This includes servers, storage, switches, routers, and load balancers. Dhaka Troubleshoot and service LAN, WAN, and various IT equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, and monitors. Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment such as printers, CCTV cameras, and multimedia projectors. Monitor and troubleshoot internet connections and data links to branch offices. Maintain documentation for incidents, software updates, and network changes. Work with high-capacity online UPS, AVR, battery banks, generators, surge protection systems, lightning arresters, and power distribution systems. Monitor, report on, and service various devices, including automatic voltage regulators (AVR), online UPS with batteries, generators, electric circuit breakers, and precision AC units.
