Responsibilities & Context: Experience: 2 to 3 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP Additional Requirements: Age 27 to 34 years Soft Skills and Behavioral Competencies: Strong leadership, team coordination, and mentoring abilities. Responsibilities & Context: Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Mikrotik, and other leading networking devices. Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, including switching, routing, and network segmentation. Experience in BGP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, IPsec-VPN, SDN, and network automation (Ansible, Python, etc.). Manage and optimize ONU and OLT configurations; troubleshoot client-side and PoPrelated issues. Deploy and maintain firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions to enhance network security. Proficient in Linux and Windows server environments for network integration and support. Resolve high-priority technical issues swiftly with clear communication to stakeholders. Design and implement underlay/overlay network architectures in support of scalable systems. Conduct regular performance audits and network optimization initiatives. Collaborate with Security, NOC, and Admin teams to ensure cohesive infrastructure operations. Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, change logs, SOPs, and DR/BCP strategies. Lead client provisioning and internal network expansion projects. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
