We are looking for a skilled and reliable Web Developer for a long-term, full-time role. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing multiple WordPress websites with a focus on performance, scalability, and clean code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress websites (from Figma/design files)

• Maintain and improve existing WordPress sites

• Reduce dependency on heavy page builders (e.g., Elementor) where needed

• Optimize website speed and Core Web Vitals

• Implement new features and functionalities based on business needs

• Ensure SEO-friendly structure and best practices

• Perform regular updates (themes, plugins, WordPress core)

• Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues

• Ensure website security and uptime

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers.

  Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience with WordPress (custom theme development preferred)

  • Proficiency in:

    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript

    • PHP (WordPress coding standards)

  • Experience with:

    • Custom themes and lightweight frameworks

    • Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or similar

    • WooCommerce (preferred)

  • Good understanding of:

    • Website performance optimization

    • SEO fundamentals (technical SEO)

    • Responsive/mobile-first design

Nice to Have

• Experience with headless WordPress or APIs

• Basic UI/UX understanding

• Familiarity with hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, Cloud hosting)

• Experience with Git/version control
