Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Support: Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting in workstations.
Networking (LAN/WAN): Set up, manage, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
Security Systems (IP Surveillance/ Time Attendance/ Endpoint Security): Oversee the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems, monitoring Time Attendance and Endpoint Security systems.
Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
System Updates: Ensure all operating systems and software applications are up-to-date and protected against security vulnerabilities.
