Responsibilities & Context:
Night Shift (USA Time Zone)
8–10 hours duty
Handle outbound calls to USA-based customers during night shift
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural conversation style
Generate leads, set appointments, or close sales (depending on project)
Follow up with interested customers via calls, SMS, or email
Maintain and update customer information in CRM/software
Meet daily and monthly call and performance targets
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call quality, professionalism, and company standards
Work collaboratively with team members and report to supervisors
Ensure punctuality and full attendance during night shift
