BSC/ MSC in CSE/IT/ETE.
Minimum 5/7 years in the relevant role.
Network, Security & Data Center Design and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive core network, security, and data center designs, including detailed diagrams, implementation strategies, and migration plans.
Technical BoQ Preparation: Precisely design and size technical Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to ensure complete inclusion of all network, security, and data center components required for successful project delivery.
Security Solutions: Design and implement advanced, multi-layered security solutions leveraging technologies from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5, A10, Sophos, and SonicWall.
Collaboration Solutions: Design and implement comprehensive collaboration platforms, including IP Telephony (IPT) and Video Conferencing (VC) solutions, to enhance communication and productivity.
Tender and RFQ Submission: Have the ability to prepare and submit comprehensive technical responses to Tenders and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring full compliance with client requirements, specifications, and evaluation criteria.
Multi-Vendor Solutions: Have the capability to design, develop, and integrate end-to-end solutions utilizing products and technologies from multiple OEMs to ensure optimal performance and interoperability.
Client and OEM Liaison: Have the ability to act as a technical bridge between clients and OEM technical teams, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and seamless project coordination.
Customer Relationship Management: Have the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Customer Follow-Up and Feedback: Have the ability to perform regular client follow-ups to ensure successful solution implementation and collect feedback to drive continuous service and solution improvement.
Business Development and Growth: Have the ability to drive results-oriented business growth by expanding the customer base and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives, strong customer relationship management, and continuous personal and team skill development to achieve better performance and future success.
