Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2 – 5 years of hands-on digital and social-media marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, fintech, banking or enterprise telecom.
• Demonstrable portfolio of organic and paid social campaigns — LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads — with screenshots, attribution data and outcome metrics.
• Fluent in both Bangla and English — written, spoken, and (critically) able to spot and fix bad Bangla translation in marketing copy. Working proficiency with: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot or Mailchimp, Canva, Figma.
• Strong analytical instincts — comfortable explaining why a campaign is winning or losing using numbers.
• Operating discipline — you ship on the publishing calendar without slippage; you respect approval flows; you document UTM and naming conventions.
• High creative judgement — you can spot a generic 'leverage transformative paradigm' draft a kilometre away and rewrite it as a plain-spoken UniSoft post.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API providers (Gupshup, 360dialog, Wati, Twilio).
• Hands-on Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut for short-form video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• SEO tooling experience — Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz.
• Familiarity with the Bangladesh ICT / fintech ecosystem — BASIS, e-CAB, ICT Division, a2i.
• Awareness of PDPO 2025 and Cyber Security Ordinance 2025 marketing implications.
• Experience producing or co-producing webinars (Zoom Webinar configuration, registration flow, post-event nurture).
• Existing LinkedIn presence with thoughtful posts of your own.
• Plan and publish daily content across LinkedIn (4 posts/week), Facebook (6/week), YouTube (Shorts + long-form per cadence), and Instagram (light) — bilingual where appropriate (English primary on LinkedIn, Bangla-first on Facebook).
• Run paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), and Meta Ads — set up campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise creative, and report weekly on CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL.
• Operate email marketing in HubSpot / Mailchimp / Brevo — build the monthly CXO Bulletin, vertical newsletters, webinar nurture sequences, and trigger-based MQL nurture flows.
• Manage WhatsApp Business outbound — submit Meta-approved bilingual templates, run click-to-WhatsApp ads, and route inbound conversations to Inside Sales within the 10-minute SLA.
• Promote 12 webinars per year with the 21 / 14 / 7 / 2-day drumbeat across LinkedIn, Email, Facebook and WhatsApp; produce post-event recordings, highlight reels and 1-page summaries.
• Maintain SEO hygiene — on-page (titles, meta, H-structure, internal links), Bangla long-tail keywords, Google Business Profile, schema markup, monthly Search Console health checks.
• Track and report weekly performance in Tableau / Power BI dashboards — traffic, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per qualified lead, channel-by-channel CAC and ROAS.
• Maintain marketing tech stack — GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel + CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, UTM hygiene, campaign taxonomy.
• Coordinate creative production — work with the Brand Manager and Video Producer (in-house and contracted) on visuals, video edits, carousels and landing pages using Canva, Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Stay PDPO 2025 compliant in everything — consent-first lead capture, cookie banners, opt-in record-keeping, breach-notification awareness; coordinate with the DPO / Compliance designate.
• Monitor and respond to comments across all UniSoft social channels using the Three-Line Rule (acknowledge, address, advance to private channel) within the published SLAs.
• Monthly salary: BDT 60,000 – 1,80,000 depending on experience (2 – 5 years range).
• Quarterly performance bonus tied to MQL volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and channel-level CPL targets.
