∎ M.Com. in Marketing / Master of Business Administration ( MBA ) or equivalent.
∎ University of Dhaka, North South University will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should be self-motivated, creative, smart and an energetic individual who is expert in land selling for achieving sales target set by the management.
∎ He will be responsible for the sales of chunk of land / plots.
∎ Must have knowledge and information about competitors of sales and marketing of land project.
∎ Source potential new prospects, buyers / customers.
∎ Proven track record of profitable sales negotiation.
∎ He should have started his career in a renowned land project and at present working in a land project as well.
∎ Must have knowledge and information about competitors / land project.
∎ Capable of closing the sales deal independently.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maximize business profit.
∎ He will be reporting to the GM and CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
