∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently manage, supervise and run all plantation and agro based business of the company with assistance of mid level management staff and field level operational hands.
∎ Independently manage the company's existing rubber plantation business.
∎ Monitor and control garden activities of the rubber plantation business, ensure retention of existing rubber trees, prevent illegal logging by intruders, arrange census of number of rubber plants based on maturity stage and maintain proper record and database of such census.
∎ Ensure proper application of fertilizes, pesticides and weedicides , ensure procurement of such supplies at a competitive price.
∎ Ensure efficient rubber production, proper maintenance of plants and machineries, proper storage of the rubber production free from any hazards.
∎ Arrange timely sale of the rubber production at a profitable price and arrange collection of sale proceeds.
∎ Maintain good liaison with local community leaders, local govt. authorities, High Govt officials of Forrest and Agriculture Department and also with local law enforcement agencies.
∎ Extend the current seasonal fruits and vegetable production business of the company, ensure replanting of high yield variety of produce bearing trees and coordinate with Admin Dept. of the company in arranging timely sale without pilferage and wastage.
∎ Regularly and promptly report to the company management about any possible illegal or unauthorized activity at the gardens and plantation sites and assist the Admin Dept in preventing any possible encroachment of company's plantation area by intruders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be well conversant with systems and culture of garden or plantation management.
∎ Having a diploma or degree in Agriculture with specialization in Rubber or Timber Plantation would give the candidate a definite edge over other candidates.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill , writing ability (both in English and Bangla)
∎ Must have the physical fitness and mental toughness for enduring field trips to remote plantation areas .
∎ Must have leadership to monitor and control activities of departmental staff.
∎ Must have the ability to independently run the Department in an organized manner to ensure system driven functioning of the Department.
∎ Must be dynamic in exploring new business opportunities with particular emphasis on plantation and Agro based business

Salary: Negotiable
