Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with the head of merchandising about the in- hand orders and setting-up monthly shipment projection.
∎ Making Master Production Schedule (knitting- Dyeing- AOP- fabric delivery-input-output-finishing-shipment) for the in-hand orders and follow-up overall supply-chain management of the total work flow.
∎ Coordinate with Lab, Batch, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, AOP, Store, etc.
∎ Give the dyeing & finishing plan to ensure the maximum production in dyeing section
∎ Demand forecasting of yarn of the in-hand orders, giving requisition to the procurement team and relate with them for procurement and sourcing for right time receiving
∎ Monthly production and capacity planning for the knitting-dyeing and providing decisions if sub-contract is needed.
∎ To generate all kinds of report, required by the Management / Buyers
∎ Fill up the dyeing capacity with orders and co-ordinate with marketing team for any new/repeat/development order.
∎ Coordinate with Factory for all the new /repeat / development orders to ensure the TNA and OTD for knitting dyeing & AOP.
∎ Monthly unit wise dyeing production planning for the in-hand orders according to the availability of raw materials and shipment schedule and providing decisions if sub-contract is needed.
∎ Analyzing critical path of the total production flow from receiving yarn to the shipment and identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions.
∎ Follow up batch production, yarn monitoring & knitting production and monitoring
∎ Providing guidance to the fabric planner for achieving the total production target
∎ Liaison with all the dept head and to the top management as and when required
∎ Ensuring total work-flow just-in-time.
∎ Reporting all issues to the project head and head of fabric.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure along with the team.
∎ Possess good personality and leadership skill having excellent interpersonal communication skill
∎ Strong mail correspondence skill having good command in English.
∎ Computer skill is a must having excellent skill on excel.
